## Strengthening GovTech worldwide

Founded by the World Economic Forum, C4IR connects innovation hubs worldwide to shape the future of digital transformation. With centres located in the United States, China, India, Japan, Israel, and the UAE, the network addresses critical areas of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, including artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, robotics, smart cities, blockchain, autonomous and urban mobility, digital commerce, data policy, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

## Through this network, C4IR centres drive innovative solutions, tackle complex global challenges and set digital governance, cybersecurity and sustainable development standards.

Now, with the launch of the Global Government Technology Centre (GGTC) in Kyiv, Ukraine joins this pioneering community, ready to contribute to global advancements in GovTech while transforming its own digital public sector. GGTC Kyiv, as the second centre globally focused on GovTech following the establishment of GGTC Berlin in 2024, will unite Ukraine’s national GovTech ecosystem with a global network of experts, fostering the development of efficient, effective and accessible public services. This collaboration provides Ukraine with a unique opportunity to implement global-relevant projects and drive meaningful change through digital innovation.
